Cerelac Chicken Fingers Recipe
If all your picky eater will eat is chicken fingers, then try out this new recipe for lunch today. All you need is cubed chicken breast, shredded cheese, peeled green apple, Cerelac Wheat and Fruits pieces, all mixed with a variety of spices.
Ingredients
• 50 g Cerelac Wheat and Fruits Pieces (8months+) and more for coating
• 1 chicken breast, cubed
• 2 tbsp. shredded cheese
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• ½ green apple, peeled and sliced
• Pinches of white pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano (optional)
• Vegetable oil for cooking

Place the chicken, Cerelac, cheese, olive oil, apple, and spices (if using) in a food processor and mix until they all come together

Using clean hands, roll them into finger shapes and coat them with more Cerelac until the surface of the chicken finger is all covered

In a lightly oiled non-stick pan, grill the fingers on both sides until golden

Cook & freeze half the fingers for another time
N.B: Make sure to supervise your little foodie during feeding time and you can cut or shape the dish conveniently to his/her needs.
