Cerelac Vegetable Muffins Recipe
Who said muffins can't be savoury and nutritious? These irresistible vegetable muffins are packed with flavour and high with nutrients.
Ingredients
• 50g Cerelac Wheat and Honey* (10+ months)
• 1 cup diced vegetables (peas, corn, zucchini, bell pepper)
• 1 tsp vegetable oil for cooking the veggies
• 1 egg yolk
• ½ cup of milk
• ⅛ cup of vegetable oil
• ¾ cup shredded cheese
• 1 tbsp yogurt (32 g)
• ¾ cups of flour
• 1 tsp. baking powder
