If you want to make the Apple Panna Cotta, simply all you need is gelatine, boiling water, NAN Pro 3 Toddler Milk and apple puree. Once mixed nicely, this sweet snack is perfect for your child as it has a balance between sugar and healthy ingredients to ensure the child is provided with nutrients.

Ingredients

1 tsp gelatine

1 tbsp boiling water

180mL prepared NAN Pro 3 Toddler Milk or ¾ cup (190mL) milk

140g tub apple puree

Step by step

  • Dissolve gelatine in water. Combine NAN Pro 3 Toddler Milk and apple puree in a small bowl; add gelatine, mix until well combined.

  • Divide between 3, ½ cup (125mL) ramekins or moulds. Refrigerate until set.

    TIP:

Set panna cotta in smaller ramekins or moulds if toddler prefers smaller portions. You can use any type of fruit puree. Fruit purees can be purchased in the canned fruit section of the supermarket. They come in 140g tubs. Variation – substitute apple puree with one mashed banana.
