Healthy Banana Pikelets Recipe
Made with eggs, flour, sugar, banana, and Nan Pro 3 toddler milk, the Banana Pikelets are the perfect sweet snack to make for your child. It has a balance between sugar and healthy ingredients to ensure the child is provided with nutrients.
Ingredients
¾ cup (110g) self raising flour
2 tsp caster sugar
1 egg beaten
210mL prepared Nan Pro 3 Toddler Milk
1 medium banana finely chopped
Spray oil for cooking
Ricotta to serve, if desired
Honey to serve, if desired
Step by step

Place flour and sugar in a medium bowl; pour in combined egg and Nan Pro 3 Toddler Milk; fold in banana.

Heat a non stick frying pan over medium heat; spray with oil; add tablespoonfuls of mixture; cook until bubbles appear on the surface; turn over and cook a further 1 minute or until cooked through.

Serve spread with ricotta and honey if desired.
