  • ¾ cup chopped strawberries
  • 2 tsp caster sugar
  • 1 tsp gelatine
  • 1 tbsp boiling water

Step by step

  • Place Nan Pro 3 Toddler Milk, strawberries and sugar in a food processor or blender; process until strawberries are smooth.

  • Dissolve gelatine in water; pour into strawberry mixture; process to combine; divide mixture between 3, ½ cup (125mL) capacity serving dishes. Refrigerate until set.

TIP: Mousse can be made and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Simply cover mousses so they don’t dry out. Substitute 1 medium banana for strawberries, if desired.
