What to feed a 10-12 month old?

Below are a list foods you can offer your 10-12 month old baby:

Soft pasteurized cheese (preferably white), yogurt
Bite-size, soft-cooked vegetables (peas, carrots, zucchini)
Food combinations (e.g. pasta with cheese sauce, stews, rice and lentils)
Protein (small bits of meat, poultry, boneless fish and well-cooked legumes)
Finger foods (small bits of scrambled or boiled eggs, well-cooked pieces of pasta, baby-appropriate snacks, small pieces of slightly toasted bread)
Iron-fortified infant cereals with bigger fruit pieces

In terms of quantity; the below guide might help you:

1/3 cup dairy (or 15g cheese)
One serving of iron-fortified infant cereal
3/4 to 1 cup fruit
3/4 to 1 cup vegetables
1/8 to 1/4 cup foods combined
3 to 4 tablespoons protein-rich food

Tips when feeding:

Make sure to introduce new foods one at a time. Wait a couple of days before offering another new food. You can write down the foods your baby samples; this way if he/she develops and allergic reaction, the food log will make it easier when discussing with your pediatrician
