If you claim there are no preservatives, how do you keep the Gerber safe for consumption for 12 months?
When producing Gerber, we boil the fruit and sterilize them at the same time, to ensure we kill all the bacteria in the fruits. Then we add a dash of Vitamin C, that acts as a natural preservative, ensuring that the product can be shelf sustained for 12 months, knowing that the packaging is hermetically sealed to ensure that no moist or humidity can enter the goods
